When you bring your flower bouquet/vase home, open the packaging and untie any strings if present. Clean the bottom leaves so the flowers can absorb more water, and trim the stems 3-5 cm underwater. Thoroughly clean the vase and fill it with room-temperature water, ensuring the water level reaches halfway up the stems. Don’t forget to add a packet of flower food to the water. Keep your flowers away from direct sunlight, wind, and heat sources (such as radiators, air conditioners, and stoves). Check and change the water daily, trimming the stems by 0.5-1 cm with each change. Additionally, using non-chlorinated, room-temperature water will extend the life of your flowers.
