The flower arrived very beautiful and fresh. However, the ‘My dear mom’ text I had added was a disaster. The print was faded, okay, but at least it could have been brighter.

I contacted the seller and requested a product image and was informed at 07:30 in the morning. The product was shipped without sharing any images in the morning. When I contacted customer service, they said that the product image was sent, but despite all the messages in my e-mails or messages, there was no message regarding the product image. For this reason, they wanted to give me a gift certificate but I did not accept it because it is not possible to correct a product after it reaches its destination and the embarrassment is not corrected for the other party. The product was smaller and the packaging was sent differently 🙁

The height is around 35cm with the small pot, but the size is quite normal for the price. The photo showed 4 leaves, but the one I received had 5 leaves, which looked fuller and more beautiful. I added a heart shaped stick, and instead of a plain heart, it said ‘love.’ I wish I could upload a photo, but overall, it was better than the picture.
