    • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, claims for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Product Condition:

    • The item must be returned in its original condition. Flowers that have been used, altered, or mishandled may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
  3. Customized Orders:

    • Orders customized with specific flowers or arrangements may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or significantly different from the agreed design.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us:

    • Please reach out to our customer service team via email or phone within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include the following information:
      • Order number
      • Photos of the product showing the issue (if applicable)
      • Description of the problem
  2. Approval Process:

    • Once we receive your request, we will review the details and photos provided. If approved, we will provide instructions for the return or exchange process.
  3. Return or Exchange Completion:

    • For exchanges, we will arrange a replacement delivery at the earliest available time.
    • For returns, we will process a refund or store credit, depending on your preference, once the returned product has been received and inspected.

  • Shipping Costs: For returns not due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
